FETA Travel Depot Stages Valentines Day Flash Mob

Naging happy si Jam Fernando Sebastian sa Valentine surprise natinsakanya! Woohoo! Apir!!! SOLID!” These were the words of MichLiggayu, the other half of the YouTube sensation, JaMich right after the very successful flash mob staged by FETA Travel Depot last Valentine’s Day at the Eastwood Mall Open Area. “We really wanted to share the message of hope and love this Valentine’s Day so we chose to work with Mich to get the message across since we know that her better half really needs it,” sharesMs Sharon Perez, Executive Vice President of FETA Travel Depot. Jam Sebastian has been battling with stage 4 lung cancer since last year. “So we came up with a flash mob to be attended by all of his loved ones!” Ms Sharon added.Jam wasn’t able to personally attend the event but he was able to witness everything via live video call. Everyone witnessed the big smile on Jam’s face all throughout the event. The event was well attended by his family, friends, fans, and the press. The couple was also awarded a 3 Days, 2 Nights All-Expense-Paid Trip to Bali and a FETA Travel Depot Travel Agency Business Package. “This is really something that Jam can look forward to, a trip to Bali and a passion business! All he has to do is to get well and we’ll be here for him to jumpstart again,” says MrWilliam Amorsolo, FETA Travel Depot President.

FETA Participates in Travel Tour Expo 2015

FETA participate in the PTAA Travel Tour Expo 2015 held last Feb 13-15 at the SMX Convention Center. The Travel Tour Expo, or TTE as it is more popularly known, is the largest of the so-called “Big 3” expo events ( the other two being Travel Madness Expo every July and the PHILTOA Travel Mart every September ) of the Philippine Travel industry which is staged by the Philippine Travel Agencies Association ( PTAA ).Now on its 22nd year and staging, TTTE is the go-to event and marketplace for consumers who are seriously looking topurchasedeeply-discounted air tickets and travel packages for trips they wish to make from February to July. FETA’s participation is the company’s second time to be an exhibitor at TTE. Booking for airline seats and travel packages were offered in the FETA booth. Ms. Vanessa Gile, FETA’s Retailer& Consumer business unit head, says: “Like our past expo participations, this participation in TTE 2015 was an amazing experience for FETA. In terms of sales generated, it was a very successful participation. More important than the sales though is the exposure FETA got, the learning we gained and the huge boost in motivation for everyone who pitched in”.
